Easy Peasy Pasta

Serves 2

200g pasta shapes
125g frozen peas
125g boursin cheese
salt and pepper

Bring a large pan of water to the boil, then add the pasta. Stir, then boil until just tender.
Just before the pasta is done, add the peas. Drain and return to the pan, then add the boursin, add the salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently until everything is combined.

I do love how quick and simple this is. Very like a mushroom dish I like to make too, I shall have to add that at some point!
