Tangy Sausage Wraps

Serves 2

6 tbsp creme fraiche
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
450g herby sausages (I use a vegetarian variety of course!)
4 flour tortillas
shredded lettuce

Mix together the creme fraiche and mustard.
Cook sausages on the barbecue until well cooked.
Thickly slice sausages and divide between the tortillas.
Top with mustard sauce and shredded lettuce.
Roll and serve!

I like my tortillas warmed through too, they seem to roll better that way, as well as tasting better!
I wish it were barbecue weather right now!
