Choco-mel Muffins

Serves 2

50g chocolate caramel bar, chopped
2 tbsp double cream
2 ready-made chocolate muffins
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Put the pieces of chocolate caramel bar and the cream in a heavy pan and place over a low heat until melted and smooth, stirring all the time. Remove from the heat.
Scoop a little cake from the middle of each muffin to make a hollow, then top each one with a scoop of ice cream. Drizzle with the caramel sauce and serve immediately.

I'm not sure it's possible to find a dessert that's easier than this to put together.
I didn't bother chopping the caramel bar, I just broke it into pieces and it was absolutely fine, it melts and binds with the cream incredibly quickly, maybe just a minute or two.

Absolutely delicious too!
