2 slices white bread, crusts removed
butter, for spreading
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
Preheat the grill to a medium heat.
Toast the bread and then spread with the butter.
Sprinkle the slices liberally with the sugar and cinnamon.
Put the bread under the grill and toast until the sugar has melted and bubbles.
I just fancied something a bit different for breakfast and this was lovely. I only used a small white batch loaf so the slices were quite small. I think you get a very good idea of how much sugar and cinnamon is enough.
